Beaver Mountin Camping

This post is kind of long, but worth all 26 pictures. We had such a great time camping on Beaver Mountain this year despite the rain. Good times with awesome family and friends!!!
Our (new) little house in the mountains for 4 days!!
All ready for bed..
This was one of the highlights of the trip, the boys are finally old enough to ride the little 4-wheelers around. Cory took some great rides on the back to make sure they were capable. They caught on really quick and now I have three obsessed boys over ATV's
Zac started digging a big hole, but it ended up being a great place to hang out according to Braydi and Cody.
It was hard taking turns so while Luke waited, he followed Brett around and around and around...
Luke taking his turn..

The older boys made the cutest little 4-wheeler track in the trees.
Luke driving around on the track
The mighty fortress, complete with a roof.
Riding the trails
Got to clean up for the guests. Luke said they were planning a party!!
Not every family will square dance in the mountains, however, mine will!!!
Oh Johnny, Oh Johny, Oh...

Hiking down strawberry canyon. (aka 3 creeks)

brave kids standing in the bear cave
Crossing the river
Standing in the bottom of the Reservoir. Last year, water was overflowing the spillway, this year, the whole reservoir is dry. Quite a dramatic change.

Picking strawberries, Luke's favorite part of camping on Beaver Mountain.
Picking flowers
Letting Braydi in on the 4-wheeling fun
Helping dad fix up the fishing poles and having quite the conversation about stinky cheese.
Trying to catch a dandy
On the way back from fishing, a bunch of little birds ran across the road without flying, so I jumped out of the Teryx and caught one. Poor little bird was scared, but the kids thought it was great!!

Some of my favorite memories growing up are of camping with my whole family like that! It looks like you had such a fun time. And I love that your family will square dance!
