On Christmas Eve we had an awesome party at Dave and Dani's home. We ate dinner, played pictionary with christmas songs, had an interesting christmas nativity, and exchanged gifts. I say interesting because this picture of Brett is before he changed his costume into a chicken, Kelli was a princess, Brinley was Santa and Luke really just wanted to dress up as Batman. Uncle Mike did a great job including all the characters and we all had a good time together.
After the Christmas Eve party, Luke and Brett got a letter from Santa. It was pretty late and Santa had tried to come to leave their presents but they were still awake. He left them some jammies and they put them on and were in bed really fast. That night Luke woke up after having a nightmare. He said that Dad had called him Ninja-me-Tron. Talk about an insult, We had to reassure him that daddy would never call him that and he went back to sleep.
