Summer Games

We had two cold and windy weekends of summer games this year. Russ came down to play in the 3 vs 3 soccer tournament and Bryan came down the next week to play full team soccer. We had fun with our family and both brothers did very well. Russ ended up with a silver medal, unfortunately I didn't take any pictures because it was too cold. Bryan came out with a gold medal and we are very proud of them both. The fireworks at Opening Ceremonies were fantastic. Brett took a little convincing, but in the end, we all had lots of fun. We even broke down and bought glow sticks to play with. AWESOME!!!

The kids with their favorite people. Luke is always asking for grandma, and Brett for grandpa. It works out just perfect!


Luke rode with grandpa to one of the games early and when the game started, grandpa turned his attention from Luke to the Soccer game. Luke tried to get grandpa to play some more and finally said in a frusterated tone,"Where is MY Grandma" We all thought it was pretty funny.
